About Newleaf Communities

Who we are:

Newleaf Communities is a consortium of five companies who were chosen by Housing NSW to manage different aspects of the Bonnyrigg development. We are:

St George Community Housing: manages all community housing tenancies. www.sgch.com.au
Becton Property Group: plans and develops the new houses, parks and facilities. www.becton.com.au
Spotless Services Australia: repairs and maintains community housing and maintains agreed public areas and facilities. www.spotless.com.au
Westpac: provides finance for the project. www.westpac.com.au
Bonnyrigg Management Company: manages integration of the services and provides communication, consultation, and community renewal.

Newleaf Communities provides all of its community housing management, community renewal and consultation services from a single office at Bonnyrigg. That way, we can provide a better service to the Bonnyrigg community.

Newleaf Communities is committed to:
Regular and open communication with community housing tenants and private owners on the estate and in the surrounding community;
Implementing programs to help families and the community with the changes that the project will bring;
Working with residents in each stage to relocate them and help make the move as easy as possible;
Consulting with the community about each stage of the development;
Offering services for a wide variety of cultures and providing language assistance when needed.

Community renewal and communication

Bonnyrigg Management was specially created to coordinate the partners of Newleaf Communities and undertake community building and communication activities.

Becton Development Team

Building the physical infrastructure

Becton Property Group (www.becton.com.au) has over 30 years experience in award winning residential and commercial developments, and will be building new housing, roads, parks, community facilities and community projects. Becton is currently working on the renewal of the Kensington community housing estate in partnership with the Victorian Office of Housing.

Manage and maintain housing and facilities

Spotless Services Australia (www.spotless.com.au) is one of Australia's largest property management and maintenance companies. It currently provides maintenance services to community housing tenants in 35 per cent of HNSW properties - so Spotless already understands your maintenance needs.

Manage Community Housing tenancies

St George Community Housing (www.sgch.com.au) is the largest community housing organisation in NSW, and manages over 1600 tenancies. This includes housing management services for the Housing NSW at Riverwood public housing estate. It provides many opportunities for tenants to be involved.

Fairfield Police and Newleaf Communities would like to extend a huge thank you to the diligent members of the community who help make our suburb a safer place.
Over the last few months; community reporting of crimes, antisocial behaviour and vandalism has seen a number of people being caught by police as well as individual incidents decreasing.
